He founded Riman Agency in 2017, and later Riman AI, and has worked with more than 350 agencies, small businesses and Fortune 500 brands on search, analytics, AI visibility and digital strategy. He teaches marketing at McGill University and at Concordia University's John Molson School of Business, and has taught at York University. He coaches founders at the Champlain College Entrepreneurship Incubator, holds a Master of Management in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Smith School of Business at Queen's University, and sits on the boards of YES Employment + Entrepreneurship and Share the Warmth. Giving back is part of the work. Through Montreal Tips and Inspiring Canadians, he supports local entrepreneurs and talent, with proceeds going to the UN Refugee Agency and the Montreal Children's Hospital. Heardsay started with a question he kept hearing from nonprofits, municipalities and smaller comms teams: how do we know what people are saying about us without paying for an enterprise contract? The tools that do this well are built and priced for large corporations. Google Alerts is free but misses too much. Heardsay sits in between: honest sources, a clear daily brief, and a price a small team can approve on its own. ## App - Sign up: https://www.heardsay.com/tool/signup.php?lang=en - Sign in: https://www.heardsay.com/tool/login.php?lang=en - Contact: https://www.heardsay.com/contact/
