Quebec Law 25
We follow Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, including a named person in charge of privacy, consent and incident handling.
Data location
Your workspace data is stored with our hosting provider. Ask us for the current data location and subprocessor list before you sign up.
No selling of data
We do not sell, rent or share your data or your mentions with advertisers or data brokers. Ever.
Encryption and passwords
Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text. Every form is protected against forgery.
Roles and access
Owner, Admin, Analyst and Viewer roles. Remove someone and their access ends right away.
Your keys stay private
API keys and webhook secrets are stored server side and never shown in the browser after you save them.
AI with limits
Mentions are sent to the AI provider only to score and summarize them. We do not use your data to train models.
Export and delete
Export your mentions and reports at any time. Ask us to delete your workspace and we will.
What we store
Only what the product needs.
Account details for your team, your tracker settings, and the public mentions we collect for you: link, title, snippet, author name as published, date, language and source. We do not build profiles of the people who post.
