The service
Heardsay monitors public sources for the trackers you set up and sends you alerts, briefs and reports. We work hard to be accurate, but we cannot promise to find every mention or that AI summaries are always right.
Your account
Keep your password safe and tell us if you suspect misuse. The workspace owner is responsible for who they invite and the roles they give.
Acceptable use
Do not use Heardsay to harass, stalk or build profiles of private individuals, or for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that do.
Plans and payment
Plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor. You can cancel any time; your plan runs to the end of the paid period. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
Your content
Your settings, notes and reports belong to you. Mentions link to content owned by their publishers. You can export your data at any time.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
